Sollencia is committed to your privacy and takes it very seriously. This Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how Sollencia may collect information from you, and how Sollencia may use and share your information. You will see terms in this Privacy Policy that are capitalized. These terms have meanings that are described in the Definitions section at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Information Sollencia Collects

Information Provided Directly by You

Sollencia collects Personally Identifiable Information, such as names, contact information, or other information, only if you choose to voluntarily share this information with the Site.  For example, Sollencia collects Personally Identifiable Information if you e-mail comments or questions, or submit e-mails on any other matter, to the Site.

Information about Your Usage of the Site

(a)  Clickstream Data – Just by using the Site, Sollencia automatically receives certain types of information that is anonymous, and that is generally regarded as Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information includes such things as the URL of the website from which you entered the Site, and the website to which you’re headed when you leave the Site.  It also includes the IP address of the computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet service provider’s name, your web browser type, and your computer operating system.  Sollencia uses all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve the Site.

Sollencia may also augment the clickstream data with other types of Non-Personally Identifiable Information that is received from third-party service providers, such as market research companies.  This Non-Personally Identifiable Information may include such things as your zip code, age, gender, and income range.  Sollencia would use all of this information to improve the Site and to provide advertising that is more relevant to Users.

(b) Cookies – Cookies are small text files that are placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences.  Cookies do not generally contain any Personally Identifiable Information.  However, once you provide a site with Personally Identifiable Information, this information may be linked to data that is stored in the cookie.

Disclosures to Successors

If Sollencia is acquired or merges, in whole or in part, with another business, Sollencia would have the right to transfer Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information to the new business.  The new business would also have the right to use this information according to the terms of this Privacy Policy and any revised Privacy Policy instituted by the new business.

The Site contains links to third-party websites.  Sollencia has no control of these websites, and you agree that these websites are not under Sollencia’s control, and are not subject to this Privacy Policy.  These websites will likely have their own privacy policies.  It is your responsibility to check the privacy policies and other legal documents of these third-party sites to see how they treat your personal information.  You acknowledge that your use and access of these websites is solely at your own risk.

Privacy of Children

The Site is not targeted at children under the age of 13, and children under the age of 13 should not send any information about themselves to the Site. The Site does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children that are under the age of 13. In the event that Sollencia learns that it has collected any Personally Identifiable Information from a child that is under the age of 13, Sollencia will delete that information as quickly as is reasonably possible.

International Transfer of Information

Sollencia controls and operates the Site from within the United States of America. By providing Personally Identifiable Information to the Site, you consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of such information to within the United States.  You understand that the United States may have data protection laws that are different from your country of residence.  Sollencia does not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations.  Persons who choose to access the Site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Data Retention

Sollencia will retain your Personally Identifiable Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

Changing Your Information

If you have e-mailed Sollencia, and a response is either requested or required, and your e-mail information changes, you are welcome to send another e-mail with the new contact information.

Definitions
